How Does it Work?

  • Call our phone number, enter your passcode and dictate your letter, report, or connect to a conference call.
  • Within a few minutes, the transcriptionist will download the encrypted information into a WAV file.
  • Your document will then be transcribed into Word, Wordperfect or the software of your choice. The dictation is saved and then emailed to you. Additional services such as editing, printing, mailing, etc. are also available.
