"Dial-in dictation" is a state-of-the-art digital dictation service that you can easily afford and implement in minutes. Your dictation is encrypted so that only the transcriptionist can open it.

How Does it Work?

Call our toll-free number, enter your passcode and dictate your letter, report, or connect to a conference call.

Within a few minutes, the transcriptionist will download the encrypted information into a WAV file.

Your document will then be transcribed into Word, Wordperfect or the software of your choice. The dictation is saved and then emailed to you. Additional services such as editing, printing, mailing, etc. are also available.
